Will I really get the same cleaner every visit?
Yes — that's the whole point of how we work. Once you're matched with a cleaner, she's yours for as long as she's on the team. If she's ever sick or on leave, I'll let you know in advance and brief a replacement personally on your home.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
You don't. Most of our customers give us a key code or arrange access another way. If you'd rather be home, that's fine too. Whatever works for your household.
What about safety, who are these cleaners?
Every person on my team has worked with me for at least three months before she ever cleans alone. They all have valid Emirates IDs and full work permits, no last-minute building access problems. I hire people I'd trust in my own home.
