Magic 2 Clean started because the cleaning options in Dubai were either an app that sent a different stranger every week, or a private maid who worked alone with no backup when she got sick or went on leave. Neither felt right. So I built something in between. A small team, small enough that I know every cleaner personally, that they know each other, and that the same cleaner can show up at your home every visit for as long as she's with us. Big enough that if your cleaner is ever sick or on leave, someone she's worked alongside, someone briefed on your home can step in. I run the company myself. I hire every cleaner. I answer every WhatsApp message. When something goes wrong with a clean, I'm the person who fixes it, not a call centre in another country. That's the whole company.
